There is very little time left until the Final Four semi-finals!

For the first time in history, the Euroleague finals will be held outside of Europe. The United Arab Emirates have already secured the right to host the European basketball finals next year. This season, Panathinaikos, Monaco, Fenerbahce and Olympiacos will play in the semi-finals.

Panathinaikos, which won the last tournament by beating Real Madrid, was again among the strongest. However, this season, the Madrid team failed to make it into the top four, as did the French club Paris.

The Greek club won the series 3-2 against Turkish Anadolu Efes, which allowed it to become the last participant in this year's Final Four. Olympiacos, Fenerbahce and Monaco had previously won tickets to the semi-finals. The French team, having beaten the Spanish Barcelona with a minimum score of 85:84, demonstrated the will to win and earned its place among the best.

The most productive player of that meeting was Mike James, who scored 20 points. The American point guard, who previously played for CSKA, as well as Spanish Baskonia, Greek Panathinaikos and Italian Milan, was recognized as the MVP of the 2023/24 Euroleague season and is looking to repeat his success this year. Georgios Papagiannis also showed an excellent game, adding 17 points to his team. This Greek center spent the previous season as part of the Turkish Fenerbahce, but now helps the French club achieve impressive results.

Thus, despite two losses, the club from Monaco won three victories and secured participation in the semi-finals of the tournament. You will soon be able to see them perform in Abu Dhabi, by purchasing tickets to the 2025 Euroleague Final Four, Semi-Final Games at the Etihad Arena.
